It is our annual bowling competition where members and friends get together for a day of fun and light competition.Teams will be divided into a group of 4 (or 5) with 4 games for each player.
There will be medals for best team, best male, best female and a challenge trophy for best PAC member.
Registration starts at 9.00 am and the event proper will start at 9.30am
Fee : RM20 for members and RM25 for non members
Important Note : ONE PAC member can bring along ONE non member and that both will be in the same team. Member means PAC fee paying member and not just facebook member.

Standard Chartered KL Marathon – Running Clinics
Objectives
- A interactive and fun platform for participants of the KL Marathon 2010
- Provide basic information for runners to prepare for the Race
- The Organiser is present to get in touch with the runners and listen to them

Running Clinics is for anyone planning to participate in the Standard Chartered KL Marathon. We include all levels of runners – and especially the first time runners. Every clinic will accommodate a maximum of 200 participants.

Golazo and G2 will together announce it and drive registration on various channels. Registration will be done by email to clinics@kl-marathon.com

No Fee will be charges, just bring your running apparel and running shoes with you and changes of clothes after the session’.

Fees:
Cendana Hikaton: RM15 per participant, RM10 for students
Fun Run: RM10 per participant

T-shirt collection date: 16th May 2010, 10am to 2pm Youth Park Archery Area. NO T-shirt and running number collection on event day.

Hike from Air Itam to Sungai Pinang (Balik Pulau)
25th April 2010
Registration time : 07:30 am at entrance to Kek Lok Si (the bottom one)
Hike to start : 8:00 am
Duration of hike : 4 hrs (1 way)
Grade of hike : quite tough
Transport after the hike : to make it more adventurous, will take Rapid bus back to Balik Pulau or Telok Bahang (whichever way suitable for you)
What to bring : drinking water, lunch, rain coat, umbrella, dry clothing for change and etc.

Dear PAC Members.
Yesterday’s 31st AGM 2010 saw a healthy turn out of PAC members. Its good to still notice member’s healthy concern for the club. The 2009 Annual Report and Audited Accounts were adopted. 28 amendments to PAC’s constitution were discussed. The constitution in its entirety was adopted unanimously after taking into account the changes suggested during the AGM. The election of PAC’s Management Committee 2010-2012 was held an below are your new committee members.
